The Investables™ is designed for busy property entrepreneurs, offering flexible access to resources and community support whenever and wherever it suits you.  Asynchronous interactions are quite common, making it convenient for members who are still working full-time or in different time zones. 

We've also welcomed members from countries like Switzerland, New Zealand, Dubai, Belgium and Spain.  It's a fantastic opportunity to connect and network with others who are managing investments remotely, just like you.

Yes, members can book 1:1 coaching as an optional extra.  We offer guidance, support, encouragement, and accountability on each phase of your journey, from planning to implementation.

These will be highly personalised sessions based on your specific needs.  Together, we will work together to build and execute a successful fundraising process that reflects your style.  You will have the option to purchase these 1:1 coaching sessions at checkout.

We run anywhere between 2 to 3 live sessions a month.

The schedule is typically released one month in advance so you have plenty of time to get organised.

The live sessions are just a small part of The Investables™.  The heart of the community lies in the platform itself, where you can access all the resources at your own pace, interact with fellow members, ask questions, and stay accountable.

The time of our live sessions varies.  We generally try to host most sessions during lunch hour but we sometimes host sessions in the morning or the evening to meet the needs of our members' schedules. 

These sessions usually last between 30 to 60 minutes.  Important events will be recorded and made available in the Video Library.  So, you won't miss out even if you are unable to attend live.

There's no minimum commitment period, and your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period.  A billing period is one quarter or one year, depending on the type of plan you chose.  You can cancel your subscription at any time with just a few clicks.

While there is no minimum commitment period, we don't refund part of a billing period.  So if you cancel your account before the end of the current billing period, you won't get a refund for the remaining time.
