Hi! We are Caryn & Antoine. We are private investors who invest in other people's property deals. If you can convince us, you can convince anyone!
Caryn, a former barrister and solicitor with 11+ years of experience in FCA compliance roles, discovered property in 2014.
“I love property but quickly realised that being hands-on wasn’t for me after my first project. So I pivoted to investing in other people’s deals instead and providing consultancy support to a various property businesses. Some of the work I did included reviewing investor packs for compliance, communicating with investors, and managing the delivery of property projects."
Antoine worked in investment banking for 11+ years in Paris, New York, and London and discovered property through Caryn when they met in 2016.
“In 2019, I left banking to focus on hands-off property investing with Caryn. During my search for investment opportunities, I noticed a big gap between what investors wanted and what was being offered. So in 2020, we decided to leverage our expertise in finance and compliance to help property investors & developers get investors, like us, for their deals."
